CALSoft saves Heat Penetration and Temperature Distribution data files on your computer in the location/folder you designated at the start of the test (Heat Penetration files end in .chp and Temperature Distribution files end in .ctd).  After a test, you may try to find the data files and notice that the directory you saved the files in appears to be empty.

This may be caused by your lack of “rights” in Windows to view that specific folder.   Please contact your IT Department and ensure they have installed the software properly, allowing you rights to access the folder(s) that the CALSoft program, data, and calibration files are located.
