Pouch Receptacle Gaskets

There are four different types of pouch receptacle gaskets available for purchase. The Washer-Type Pouch Gasket (#C26) is used for the C5.1 and the C5.2 Pouch Receptacle to provide a seal and cushion for the receptacle when it is installed into a pouch. The Packing-Type Pouch Gasket (#C27) allows for a Pouch Thermocouple to be securely installed into a C5.2 Pouch Receptacle. The Pouch Receptacle O-Ring Gasket (#C5.1OR) is used to provide a seal and cushion for a C5.1M or C5.1ML Pouch Receptacle when installed into a pouch. The Pouch Spout Receptacle O-Ring Gasket (#PCH-SPT-REC-OR) is used to provide a seal and cushion for a Pouch Spout Receptacle.

Washer-Type Gasket

The Washer-Type Pouch Gasket (#C26) is used for the C5.1 and the C5.2 Pouch Receptacle to provide a seal and cushion for the receptacle when it is installed into a pouch. This gasket is made of rubber and has an inner diameter of 3/8″ (9.5 mm) and an outer diameter of 5/8″ (15.9 mm).

Packing-Type Gasket

The Packing-Type Pouch Gasket (#C27) allows for a Pouch Thermocouple to be securely installed into a C5.2 Pouch Receptacle. This gasket is made of rubber and has an inner diameter of 1/16″ (1.6 mm) and an outer diameter of 3/16″ (5 mm).

Pouch Receptacle O-Ring Gasket

The Pouch Receptacle O-Ring Gasket (#C5.1OR) is used to provide a seal and cushion for a C5.1M or C5.1ML Pouch Receptacle when installed into a pouch. This gasket is made of rubber and has an inner diameter of 1/4″ (6 mm) and an outer diameter of 3/8″ (9.5 mm).

Pouch Spout Receptacle O-Ring Gasket

The Pouch Spout Receptacle O-Ring Gasket (#PCH-SPT-REC-OR) is used to provide a seal and cushion for a Pouch Spout Receptacle when installed into a pouch that has a spout on its end. This gasket is made of rubber and has an inner diameter of 1/4″ (6 mm) and an outer diameter of 7/16″ (11.1 mm).
