Flexible Probe Fitting

MadgeTech Flexible Fittings (or “pass-through” fittings) are made specifically for M12 Flexible Probes. The fittings are used when conducting wireless heat penetration tests of foods in flexible pouches. Flexible fittings are installed into a hole in a pouch (created using a Can Punch) and allow a flexible probe (attached to an M12 Logger) to be installed into it. The fittings allow for any desired amount of the flexible probe’s wire to be inside the pouch. When purchased, a flexible fitting includes a two-part body, a Fitting Gasket, and a nut.
