Receptacle Gaskets

There are two different types of receptacle gaskets available for purchase. The first and most common type is simply called the Receptacle Gasket (#C16) and is made specifically for an Ecklund Thermocouple Receptacle. The threaded end of a receptacle is inserted through a gasket, which can then be used to provide a seal and cushion for the receptacle when it is installed into a test container. Receptacle gaskets are rubber and have an inner diameter of 9/16″ (14 mm) and an outer diameter of 3/4″ (19 mm). There is also a special O-Ring Gasket (#NE-ORING) which is made specifically for a Low Profile Can Receptacle.
