Wireless HiTemp140 Temperature Datalogger with Flexible Probe

MadgeTech HiTemp140 Logger with Flexible Probes are specially designed for conducting heat penetration tests of foods in flexible pouches. The probe has an RTD on the tip that senses the product temperature. The Flexible probe installs into a Flexible Probe Fitting that is adjustable and can be moved along the length of the flexible probe, allowing for enough of the probe to be inside the pouch. Flexible Probes are standard at length at 36″. A hole is created with a Can Punch to install the fitting.
