Basic Thermal Processing Course

TechniCAL's "BTP" course is a four-day seminar including classroom lectures, as well as hands-on workshops. The course covers the microbiology of food processing, an overview of the FDA/USDA regulations, workshops on heat penetration and temperature distribution testing, and data evaluation and calculation.
