- HACCP Services
- HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, a food safety control system developed by NASA and Pillsbury in the 1970s. HACCP forces a food processor to review the possible hazards in their operation, identify critical control points in the process flow, and then control those points within safety specifications known as "critical limits". In the United States, HACCP is required for all seafood and meat & poultry products.
- Food Security / US Agent
- Recent terrorist events have reinforced the need to enhance the security of the United States' food supply. The "Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002" (the Bioterrorism Act) requires all manufacturers of food products offered in the U.S. to register with the US FDA and receive a Food Facility Registration Number (FFR#). Foreign manufacturers are required to have a "US Agent" as their main contact. Many buyers are also requiring their suppliers to have a "Food Security Program" implemented in their facility.

- All food facilities must operate within the applicable FDA or USDA regulations for canning, sanitation, HACCP, and food security.
