HACCP Services
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, a food safety control system developed by NASA and Pillsbury in the 1970s. HACCP forces a food processor to review the possible hazards in their operation, identify critical control points in the process flow, and then control those points within safety specifications known as "critical limits". In the United States, HACCP is required for all seafood and meat & poultry products.
